The craft emits a pulse, a frequency, yes we can see the StarStation, the dimensions of this world have been upgrading, some at a different rates depending on which of the four corners of this world.

The upgrading is being done to match their dimensions, the upgrade applies to you, you do not use your physical eyes to see NIBIRU, and at any rate you they are emitting a pulse, frequency, tune-in and drop out, inner-eye meets red-eye.
