We are all living in the spirit realm, we are always in that spirit world the eternal Dark-energy-infinite forcefield, we are spirits that died and seeing has we are energy and energy can never be destroyed, we can be transformed [recycled], we didn’t actually die did we, that means you are those [gods] they talk about because you have never left.

We are just in sumthing that is dense and really slow, the physical realm, where we wanted to test our limits, we wanted to test the limits of our existence, our realm is a bubble in a pool of water, and this is what all the universes are like, like bubbles, but our bubble is infected but we will evolve from this infection, within the bubble we have time that is created but time is an illusion, so time is a loop, that loops around this bubble that we are in,  this loop loops within itself over and over again or the snake eating its own tail because there is no such thing has time.
