Who or where did Caucasians come from and did they really evolve from Albinism.

The albino mutation is characterized by a general deficiency in the production of melanin due to the A111T mutation in the SLC45A2 gene. 

This one amino acid difference in this gene [SLC24A5] is the key contributor to the skin color difference between the deep hues of melanin and pale lite skin.

The A111T mutation in SLC24A5 changes just one building block in the protein, and the results are the stark difference in skin tone between the darkest and lightest of so-called black and white people.

The pattern of people with this lighter skin genetic mutation (called Albinism) suggested that the A111T mutation occurred somewhere between the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent.

Now, studies have confirmed that the Kalash people hold a special place in human evolution as the first group of people of Asian descent with the A111T mutation that gave rise to light skinned modern Europeans.

This brings us to the report in Nature Magazine which claims that present-day Europeans have ancestry from three groups in various combinations: 1) Hunter-gatherers, some of them blue-eyed, who came from Africa more than 40,000 years ago, 2) Middle Eastern farmers who migrated west much more recently, and 3) a mysterious population whose range may have spanned northern Europe and Siberia.

The third genetic contribution to present-day Europeans was indeed an isolated Siberian lineage who shared ancient Kalash ancestry. 

How we know this is because another genetic study analyzed haplo-group frequencies among Kalash individuals and it found that there was a mixture of west and east Eurasian haplo-groups.

Although several oral traditions claim that the Kalash were descendants of Alexander’s soldiers, this was not supported by Y chromosomal analysis in which the Kalash had a high proportion of Y haplo-group H & L3a lineages, but showing no admixture.

Haplogroup H (20.5%) and L (25%) originated in the prehistoric Indus Valley and South Asia, while R1a (18.2%), R* (6.8%), R1* (6.8%), G (18.2%) and J2 (9.1%) can be commonly found in Europe and the Middle East.

Being the progenitor of all Caucasians, the birth of the Caucasian Haplo-groups G, IJ, & R* could have only occurred in the Kalash or some distant relative, ancestral descendants.

For those who don't know what Haplo-group R is, Haplo-group R is the dominant haplogroup among the northern and eastern Proto-Indo-European language speakers, that evolved into the Indo-Iranian, Thracian, Baltic and Slavic branches. 

These Proto Indo-Europeans originated in the Yamna culture (3300-2500 BCE) and were possibly the first migrants to arrive in the Indian sub-continent from northern or western Asia.

Whether the R-Haploid type originated in the Balkans or around Pakistan and Northwest India, the most likely place of it's origin has been speculated to be in Central Asia or southern Russia/Siberia.

Genetic drift observed between the Kalash and the neolithic pastoralist culture (Yamnaya) who lived in Siberia already share Haploid type R (or MA-1) with the Kalash. The shared drift observed between the Kalash and the Yamnaya hints to us that the Kalash are the genetic parents of Haplo-group R.

Meaning if Haplogroup R* originated in North Asia just before the Last Glacial Maximum 26,500-19,000 years before present, then the Kalash wold have to be double, or equally as old.

Haploid type R (or MA-1) has been identified in the 24,000 year-old remains of the mammoth hunting "Malta boy" from the Altai region, in south-central Siberia, where he may have roamed across Siberia and parts of Europe during the Paleolithic.

The Primordial Fish

Just like in mostly all ancient Cosmology, in the Jain creation story everything formed from the primordial water.
So the outline of it’s symbol is shaped like a fish and is defined as the universe, consisting of three realms.

The upper portion indicates the Higher Self, or the Heavenly Realm and contains the heavenly abode of all the celestial beings and the Siddhas.

Samsara, in Buddhism is the redundant cycle of repeated birth, mundane existence and dying again. Samsara is considered to be unsatisfactory and painful, perpetuated by desire and ignorance resulting in karma.

These recurring destinies, the community, and the characteristics of the soul, all exist on the earthly plain of the material world. This is the middle realm.

All of the Siddha’s (liberated bodyless souls) reside on this abode, forever, liberated from the cycle of life and death.
