If sum one on the outside of you is taking the piss this can leave you traumatized, you are affected which affects our EMotions that brings us down and then we start talking to ourselves ‘internal dialogue’ and you start to confirm all what was said about you ‘external’ to be true, that it is correct+ and all the subconscious mind does is accept it because the subconscious mind is what is called muscle memory, the subconscious mind just accepts, because that is all it knows from you and so the subconscious [muscle memory] starts to act off of what it is being fed in real time and what was fed [historic] - so whatever you say after [ I AM] is going to be received very well by the subconscious mind

So, rather than saying, I AM clumsy or I AM dumb, I AM stupid+ and even thinking these thoughts without saying them is still the same state of mind, but rather than agreeing with yourself, you have to flip the script, so say for example, you’re stuck [glitching] over sum thing you did and you agree that it was a dumb ass thing to do, you have already owned it, you are not proud of it but in there will be sum thing worthy, sum thing that came good out of what was negative, feed that, if you are speaking aloud and saying what an assho9e I AM and you are talking about yourself, you are shutting down your conscious mind and feeding your subconscious mind who will fu9k you up by feeding all that because the subconscious mind wants you down here with him [Cloud Atlas - George]
