What I have learnt in my own journey is that those around me were the least of my worries, after mastering people [energies] which is still on-going, is that I will not allow another person to penetrate my spiritual armoury, because I now know who eye is

No one was ever in your way, this I learnt along the way – unconsciously self-sabotaging ourselves and we are the cause and effect – however there is a way out and that is for you to get out of the way – first forgive, mistakes are part of you lesson plan, repeated mistakes cost you energy and time, when you regret that is another word for conscious, when you say I regret when I didn’t do this or that – that is another word for conscious [awake] don’t bypass the learning that you obtained in order for you to say that you regret, to regret is to make judgment on the past, this is still very much positive – how else would you have grown – develop and evolve, how else would you have evolved

I grew up where mistakes were never heard of, you couldn’t make a mistake for you would be looked down upon, you would be shamed into making more mistakes which we carry onwards in adulthood, today you have to let it all go, no more, stop beating yourself up over sum thing that you actually learnt from – don’t dwell in the sh9t house, dwell in the learning house – reverse the mistake into what you learnt and experienced and overlap that over the mistake and re-label to learnt, this will give you a clean slate and will change the mindset, your memory around any of these mistakes will now contain the learning outcome rather than pondering, wondering – you have the ability to be better than before, the key is to acknowledge what mistakes you have made, if they are a mistake, own them and admit to them, this action, response allows the cells in your body to vibrate – they say the truth shall set you free – reposition yourself and then get ready for the next level  

Break your habits of a lifetime, come out of your comfort zone – these posts are for the awakened and not for Joe Public – this is not to make you feel good or for those looking for entertainment - we are in Sirius [serious] times 

You have an inner- critic aka lowerself that will talk the sh9t out of you and create these negative habits or start back up these bad [negative] habits which will be ongoing while you are reprograming your mind, even if you said fu9k it and stopped – and no more – that is it right there – no more - and mean it, takes time, your time

The mind learns by patterns – by frequencies – so you have to change these patterns, these frequencies, which is sone [sound], vibration, tones, acoustic+ any patterns, habits that have negativity attached to it or you had this negativity before and now you have noticed that you have reverted back to these old patterns – that adds up to being stuck in the mud, that critic that you keep on hearing needs to be shot – at point blank range – these patterns block the real you from what you want – the beauty is that you have had better so you remember and this aids to you in checking yourself when you find yourself slipping – you’ve had negativity before and you don’t want that anymore and unless you override what you are seeing on your dashboard, you will be able to stop this from happening to you anymore – break the habits of a lifetime because you cannot afford to slip back into the old you aka the old programs because time is running out and you had been warned so many times in the last decade – this may be your reason has to why you are down here, just to control the old you, to find peace – understand ourself and that is self [cell] MaStary that then opens the door for you to escape from what is going on within us – you cannot change anything out there without changing anything that is in you – you can move people out of your life, out of your mind but all you will be left with is you, have you ever noticed people who keep their children or people around them and keep them because the moment they go they will have to face themselves - the weak walk in numbers, in groups

Remind yourself of your power, remember things that you changed, by doing this everyday you take out the negative energy, there will be no charge in the things that are negative because you re-mind-ed yourself of what you are capable of – the mind is a terrible thing to waste - this terrible waste is what you must face 

MaStar your traits and know that you deserve to shine – you have award winning strengths, you are resilient and have come through many stimulations and stayed on top – the flipside is to acknowledge where we are weak at – this part is on-going for me but at my age now I do embrace what I was before, I acknowledge why I reacted and responded the way I did, why I didn’t like certain things, why I shied away from certain things – perfection makes you think that you have no weakness

Sum of your weakness are because that is just how you are wired, knowing your field and what you are capable of is essential so that sum of your weaknesses can be deleted because you now know that is not your field – however there is nothing wrong with standing in your weakness meeting whatever it is full on – when another male AKUR comes on the scene the female AKUR cannot just walk away she has to face him face to face – we look in nature and we see examples of courage, power+ sum times we are faced with sum thing that we have to deal with and there is no other way but to face off with it – remember what you have already been through and achieved, walk in your power 

If you have character flaws, read more books, self-development actions to rework your weaknesses into strengths, I drank for a while, when I was around 36 into 39, for less than a year, I didn’t drink before that, however I had gone to [AA] Alcoholics Anonymous with sum one to see what the fu9k they were doing over there, these sessions blew my mind, different people from all walks of life, I realised that I was the issue, it wasn’t until I reached 40+ that these sessions would come into play, I remembered the stories that many had spoken about, there was a lady who spoke to me and said to keep pushing on, she said she had stopped drinking for 13 years, yet she seemed to be struggling even after all these years and that hurt me because you could see it in her eyes, we are to take from others, there is no luck here, its only energy that you can make – but she is facing off straight [MAAT] 

Go for a walk, when you feel negativity spreading in you, distract yourself, make up your mind and stick with that – talk it over with sum one that you value and not sum one who will patch you up – stop making up excuses – stop lying to yourselves, we are in a different timeline and you need to be on point – only take everything that is written on this page onboard if you are here for the KAA journey

I also struggled with bad communication – I promised myself that I would talk more about my feelings and emotions, it wasn’t until I merged with sum one that I wanted to do this, I wanted us to be one and that would only come from being open – HEART 

We reside in a world where success is measured in many different ways, we will always be attracted to what others have has success – because we want it to, many of my friends at the time have children now, today I was with a friend and his daughter and she is 11 and I was around when she was born, today I saw her after not seeing her for a number of months, I saw my friend interacting with his daughter and I did feel that, I felt the lost of not having been rooted and to have given life, this is a physical success and I began to think about my KAA success to tri and counteract the feelings that I was receiving at the time – the only way out was for me to remember that I would have given my children nothing, I would have been selfish and taught them fu9k all, today I am armed to the teeth with wisdom, knowledge and I know now that if I have to come back down here I will be rooted and I will give life, this pleases me 

The feeling of success is temporary, its short term and at the time I didn’t know what I wanted or how I was going to get it – the outcome may never be revealed or how we are going to ‘Open the way,’ the way is always through the darkness, you have to go through the darkness to get what you want – you have to walk through the darkness but >> [4] Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me << we are never alone, as above, so below – as the soul, so within, so that you are never without – no one walks alone, once you go within and con-Nexus-ect with your higher self who will then lead you – you ‘feel’ things and have ‘emotions’ these are gifts my friend, nothing to be ashamed of – others are jealous because you have these two senses and they do not
