Be careful, it’s a jungle out there, tears are streaming out during this nu phase of our lives, joy and pain, you can feel the energy in motion, our emotions are being stretched out and eye too feel the pressure.

Tears must be released, the body [physical] is reacting to the soul[spirit] who is identifying with the mind[khu], this is a very sensitive time for us all [emit], emitting of light, the three bodies, emotional and spiritual and physical bodies [yours] are aligning with the masculine and feminine [symmetry] frequencies to balance out this equation, you are adjusting, the connection yesterday was different, my mind changed. 

You will have to exercise these thoths now because your heart [Ab] must be light, you cannot have dead energy in your heart and mind at the same time because your heart powras the thoths that are streaming [477] at an alarming rate, the heart is the engine of your body and sets the rate, regulate and burn these thoths that are plaguing you, when you are in medi, sum of you are connecting with the Djed, but you will lose connection if your thoths are all over the place, you will know when you are imblanced, your range of thoths will be all over the place.   

Ours mind on Ki, there is no escaping the feelings around the devastation that is taking place on and in Ki, this is part of your soul-contract and why you are here now, this is the fall of this system, you were incarnated for this very timeline, mind over maat-ter, connect when lost.

No one is immune from this phase, we see what is taking place around the world, I watch from a distance, we have been asked not to have any emotional attachments because we already knew what was going to take place, this was mentioned in the book of Yawre [the day of fear], they told us what was going to happen at the recycle stage, but with our loves ones and those that we care deeply about, you will always have the connection, it’s the attachment that many have difficulties with, and it is when you have lov9, but all is written, right, so they say. 

What you see in your visions [dreams] will be intense, nu and old memories, you need to file and send what you don't need to the recycle bin, and what is left over, deal with it, this dark-energy that is weeping Ki carries the old school, the older ones, they don’t share the same views that we have out here, the dark energy is very pure and undiluted, unconditional and uninterested in what, when and how, they are on the fringes of this hiStory, they are on the cusp of this nu day that beckons, no matter how we feel or personal views or attachments this phase must complete because if Ki doesn’t make it all this monkey sh9t is over, Ki will not be compromised, we can be created again and the animals and plants but Ki is going nowhere and will remain in the clutches of all those who are her to protect her, the dark energy is here to enforce the Septet [Sirius] connection, the connection between this soular system and the 19^th, where many of us are from, the three stars you see in the Orion-Belt [Sahu] is emitting from the 19^th soular system and not this one, the internal [internet] will connect with the 19^th soular system to become one.   

You must match this vibrational frequency for your ascension.
