When it comes to your body, your body is going to listen
to your Breath [Prana] Roakh
Trauma does not just live in your memories – it lives in
your body and this is why you can lie to yourself and tell yourself everything
is fine – I’m cool, I’m ok, I’m not hurt+ but meanwhile your chest is still
hurting, your heart is racing and your head is about to explode, your shoulders
are up by your ears and your nervous [Chakra] system is still acting like you’re
in danger – why
Affirmations is to Affirm sum thing
Your brain [Opera-ting] system [mind] COM [EPC] UPC and
the RAM is your short-term memory, the HARD-DRIVE is your long-term memory and
your infinite memory is the CLOUD
You have to set the commands – your body cannot hear the affirmations
if it feels like its under attack – your stress levels [energy in motion] does
just switch off like that for they are automatic systems built into you that
are designed to protect us even when the danger is over
One thing that you can control and that is your Roakh
[Prana] Breath which acts like a bridge between your consciousness [Gnosis] mind
and your nervous system – which is your Chakra system
Every inhale and every exhale is sending your body
information and every cycle [day] you need to ask yourself what information am
I sending my body
Be honest most people throughout the day are not taking
deep enough breaths, I am one, who would with the amount of chemicals in the
air, we are breathing swallow and the body translates that information – oh, we
are still in danger or we are still running from sum thing or we are still in survival
mode even if we are chilling – its responding to everything that is happening
around you – its going to respond to what it remembers
When you feel yourself spiralling out of control you need
to take control of your breath, slow it down, listen to your heartbeat, inhale
and exhale – breathe in and hold for [4] seconds and release for longer – make the
exhale longer than the inhale
Earn and learn, do this for a couple of minutes, like actually
breathe for once and follow the process, hold for [4] seconds and release for
longer because now you are communicating with your body and doing that alone
tells the nervous system aka your immune system aka your Chakra system its
alright for real, you can relax, calm down, we are safe
Deep breath over swallow breath
As sum one who was always in fight or flight, I know its
heavy down here and one cycle [day] can last a long time and this is why I delve
into ways out from the records, the nervous system which is ultimately the
Chakra system – you have to regulate systems – heal and lean how to receive
Your body isn’t broken, its been stuck in survival mode for
decades dealing with trauma, stress, heartbreak, people pleasing, constant
chaos+ all this and more is going to leave a signature emotionally eventually
Awareness ‘Knowing’ Gnosis [GNO] ISIS ‘EMOTIONS’ is
always the first step, healing is the journey
High blood pressure is nothing more than the Kundalini
rising, are you sum one who can’t calm down, always anxious+ maybe your body
isn’t fighting todays battle – its responding to yesterday’s trauma
Once you learn to speak the language of your nervous
system – things shift for you – tell your body your good, the nervous system
doesn’t speak English – its speaks AIR [AER]

VITAAL [VITAL] ITAL [life force] CHI
