What if the version of you that is full of trauma, wounds and fears only exists because that is the version of you that you choose to keep observing

Nothing exists, until it is observed, this means if you keep selecting this version of you, your EPC is going to lock in and serve you what you are observing

If you choose to wake up every single day [cycle] and choose ‘select’ this version of you – what do you think you will receive, I’m still healing, I am still broken, I’m still hurt, I’ve still got trauma+

This is not dismissing what you have been through but if you keep on confirming the exact same version then that is the version that is show up, your mind is not going to argue with what you repeatedly identify with but instead the mind will build 'fester' on it

So, with each cycle [day] that you look at yourself has the wounded version of you then it will be the wounded version of you that shows up – reality is going to reflect the wounded version because that is what you are feeding the server

When sum one meets sum one new, instead of saying or thinking this feels really healthy, you are going to fu9k things up, you are going to start issues, you are going to self-sabotage, even if there is no reason to – I have done this and had it done to me – fear can set it and you will say or think, this person won’t last or this relationship won’t last, they might hurt me, I know how this is going to end+ all this and more is you creating that reality, you start moving guarded, expecting the worse, you become defensive about everything – so you create the same exact outcomes and then say you knew you were right – you observed it into existence

It is imperative that you know that you are writing this outcome and you are the author, this is what this ending phase is called Mystery [MyStory] MyStar – an overwriting of History [HiStory] you’re not predicting it, you’re repeating it

Healing is processing and pain, however healing is choosing to observe yourself differently+ doing so when it feels unfamiliar – I am safe now, I deserve sum thing different – you don’t have to be that version of yourself – the only reason its uncomfortable is because your nervous system is still only used to that old identity – just because a version of you is familiar doesn’t mean its permanent

There is a version of you out there that already exist that is whole, that is aligned, that is free – if you don’t that version, that you have never spoken to that version or you don’t move like that version+ then that version will never show up

That version that you keep watching is the version of you that keeps living

What version of you are choosing to observe    

There are those who dwell in trauma, they are embedded in their trauma that they cannot imagine a life without it and not because its impossible but because they have never observed themselves in any other way
