I had this girlfriend who said, one of my friends said, and I said what friend and she replied, a girl from work and I said that is a work colleague, that isn’t a friend, there is another word they use, mate, my mate or a mate of mine said+ mate comes from the word primate and friend is from fiend

Point being is many of you have ‘friends’ or ‘family’ who are not your friend or best friend or are family, they are actually watching and keeping you – they are scanning you, do you even notice this

They are not looking at you, they are scanning you, taking your ideas, your energy, your EM – when they are scanning your energy, its not always obvious, its subtle and quick, most of the times its done without any words being spoken

They are observing you, that is a scan, they are watching to see how you sound, if you second guess yourself – if you keep on explaining yourself – insecure energy always talks more – watch out for backhanded comments also – watch for compliments that are actually probes, they are probing you – do you shrink, do you self-question yourself, do you laugh it off – these and more lets you know if that person is uncomfortable, check yourself, why are you laughing with them

Its only takes 6 seconds to create that energetic connection so when sum one stares into your eyes they are scanning your soul, not everyone has a soul – we all have electric – you cannot stop thinking about this person and this is because they have tapped into your energy

If sum one is fully engaged with what you are talking about then their body will be facing you and if their body is at an angle, most of the time this is because they don’t trust you and they are scanning you

They study you, watching your movements, they wish they were you, they envy you, remember many walk in 2s or 3s, strength in numbers, nope, weakness in numbers, they watch your reactions, your interactions with other people, when its good, they become jealous, envious, negative because they cannot do that, they are insecure – this not behaviour, its all energy, they have shit energy and you have superior energy

Is this person safe, can I control this person – nope, is this energy safe, can I control this energy, these are the sort of questions you need to be asking yourself – your energy answers before you do and this is why a lot of people leave conversations or interactions real drained – it does not matter how much your mind is oblivious to it – your body always knows when your being scanned because your body feels and knows because of your AURA system built around your body

This is not for you to be paranoid, its for you so you can be present ‘aware’ so you can stop over explaining or proving – when you energy is grounded, you won’t need approvable, you won’t need them, your energy will answer for you but you must be in alignment because your body is communicating with you, its warning you that you are being scanned, this is all energy without you speaking a word, the less you speak or the less you reveal, the less people have access to you

Once you start seeing people has energy, you stop being surprised by the behaviour, you stop missing the signs and you stop giving access to the wrong people – you’re in the room but you are aware of the room - get it – learn to read the room and everything in the room

So, the next time sum one is looking at you for a tad bit too long are they looking at you or are they scanning you
