Talk therapy is not enough to heal from traumatic simulations 'experiences' when people experience ‘simulation' traumatic events because trauma is not stored in the language part of the brain – trauma is stored in the Limbic system, which is your emotional nervous system, this group of brain structures regulates your emotions, memory and behaviours+

The language part of the part is the prefrontal cortex, the prefrontal cortex (PFC) is crucial for higher-level cognitive functions and executive control and is where language is stored, intellect, reasoning, judgement – and at the time of trauma that part goes offline

Say you were being chased by a dog, all the energy is going to flood to your extremities, because you are going to need that energy to run, to flee or to fight and if you cannot run or you cannot fight aka flight, fight or freeze – then you freeze, because the energy is trapped in your body

90% of language is body, where the mind goes, the body with follow, the body cannot operate without the head

No amount of talk Therapy is going to help you release that because trauma is not stored in the language part of the brain, its stored in the body – so healing trauma is a bodily process

Talk is taboo with sum people, family and friends, not many people have the range to talk with you or the capacity to expand your range of thought, those in your company can provide you will a certain vibration but not the level you require, even with the Therapist you know he or she or both is sh9t but sum one is paying for the service

You are the one who is going to have to start healing, this word trauma is to me is tri + ma or tri + maat [same thing] tri [3] being your soul + spirit, then your mind and then your body, in this order, the body is last, and where the mind goes the body will follow, so its your tri-system that must be regulated and in order + the mind, the Limbic system, which is your emotional nervous system, your nervous system is your Chakra system and your prefrontal cortex houses your 3^rd eye and the issue with that is not everyone has a Chakra system or a functioning 3^rd eye and this is why the Western model is to start with the mind, body and soul or body, mind and soul, that is the Roman concept and not all of us are Roman, so they get you to talk [couch] and they say by talking this often releases you, this is not always the case with trauma, trauma is trapped, its stuck, its trying to get out and is why many self-harm on their body, arms, the trauma is trapped in the body and who are you talking to, do you even like this person, talking is words, sounds, frequency, vibration, do you even 'feel' anything with the very person you are sharing your most innerself [inner cell] with that you can't even share with your husband or wife or partner
