 Hidden pain or trauma that you are holding that you are aware of or not aware of and for many, this is what we want, many are acknowledging their hidden pain, scars need attention – we want to be made more aware of the ‘things we can’t see’ what has been hidden are the things that are uncomfortable – it’s the integration which is key, often times we are having experiences ‘simulations’ and we come into our ‘awareness’ ‘Gnosis’ and we make ‘rash’ and ‘impulsive’ decisions from the mind and not the heart

Trusting yourself aka your cells to accept your perception – how you view yourself – given what you were taught [right or wrong] – don’t take too much credit for your thoughts – this slows down your perception – be in the moment – this allows you to trust your cell and not question yourself, which is making you doubt, which makes you question your own 'trust' about yourself

Once you are in alignment, in agreement+ you won’t need to question, we are dealing with energy and not the physical primarily, trust in yourself without any outside [external] influences, only deal with your internal dialogue – when in doubt, ask the question, the Universe already knows what you need, she is waiting on you, she can only give you what you feed her, you have your spirit guide and you have your higher-self [SAKHU] and while you are waiting for a reply, response+ be in alignment, sleep on it, recognise whatever it is because it may not be in the package you originally asked the question about, look for wisdom and in the wisdom will be your answer, you are the student + teacher, you are the teacher and student – you have tools to reinforce your strength, that is what BAA [SOUL] means ‘strength’ and ‘powerful’
