 New lease of life – last night was different, my body was shutting me down and I was yawning on and off, deep yawn, like I hadn’t slept for two days and when I did go to lay down, I couldn’t switch off, I didn’t have anything on my mind but I just couldn’t switch off, I have had this before and we had the new Moon and the Schuman was spiking highly
